Order Cancellation

We accept requests to cancel orders before the product has been shipped or production has begun. If your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, we are no longer able to cancel the order for you.

Return Process
If your return request is approved:
We will provide you with a return shipping label and a return address.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization—unauthorized returns will be refused.
Given the size and value of our products, return shipping costs may vary depending on your location and your chosen carrier.
Estimated return shipping costs typically range between $10 and $20 USD.
We recommend that customers confirm the exact shipping cost with their chosen carrier before returning items; we do not charge consumers any "restocking fees" for returned merchandise.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt. We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your refund is approved, we will process the refund within 1–3 days, and the funds will be automatically credited back to your credit card or original method of payment.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please start by checking your bank account again.
Next, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted to your account. Subsequently, please contact your bank. Banks typically require a certain processing period before a refund is credited to an account. If you have completed all of the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@oohho.me.

Refund Information

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs duties or handling fees.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If applicable, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
All returned items must meet the following conditions:
They must be in their original condition. Includes original packaging, invoices, receipts, and accessories (if applicable).
Has passed inspection by our Quality Control team.

Items Ineligible for Return
Due to the unique nature of certain products, some items may not be eligible for return. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our After-Sales Support team immediately for assistance.
If the return is due to reasons attributable to the consumer (buyer), the consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs; the specific cost will depend on the selected carrier.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged goods or incorrect shipment), the consumer is not responsible for the return shipping costs.
